Avoid decisions — ADD Tip o the day 146

It is impressive how the new research on decision making confirms the ADD or ADHD strategies in the book.  Having rules to follow minimizes the need to make decisions, just follow the rule.  For example, I never have to decide where to put my keys, they always go on the front table — rule.  And they say that minimizing decisions gives us better willpower.  I hope so.

the publisher says the book will come out at the end of the year, I was hoping for oct.  that means it will start showing up in Jan.  I hope you are planning to buy your fair share.  if you really need some for Christmas presents i could probably arrange that, just as a special favor to you.
