Because we have very poor memories, we need to remember. What??!!
We need to remember that we have very poor memories and that therefore we need to write it down, to make lists. But because we won’t remember where we wrote it or where we put the list, we need a system. All this means strategies. If you’re coping with ADD or ADHD, strategies will help

I journal every morning. it helps me, and I think it helps me somehow with ADD, maybe by helping me be aware of what is going on and to keep things in perspective.
