Someone just posted that taking the ritalin just before bedtime helped him calm his mind enough that he could get to sleep; usually, though, if we take it too late in the day it keeps us awake.
It is hard to keep up an exercise program; we need strategies. One is to find someway to make it enjoyable instead of a chore. It’s my time for TV; have been enjoying the Olympics.
My sitting project is going well; I sit best outdoors on the patio, looking at the mountains and the clouds.
