Things that are good for ADD or ADHD — ADD Tip o the Day 300

(ADD tip o the day 300!  imagine!!!)

These things are good for ADD or ADHD:

sleep, exercise, structure, get out of doors

Someone just posted that taking the ritalin just before bedtime helped him calm his mind enough that he could get to sleep; usually, though, if we take it too late in the day it keeps us awake.

It is hard to keep up an exercise program; we need strategies.  One is to find someway to make it enjoyable instead of a chore.  It’s my time for TV; have been enjoying the Olympics.

My sitting project is going  well; I sit best outdoors on the patio, looking at the mountains and the clouds.

Structure makes our life go better.  I am trying to blog on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.   add, adhd, adult add, adult adhd, deficit, attention, living with add, living with adhd
