All of the ADD books suggest that you start with an appointment book and a to do list.
I think that is good advice.
But they are useless if you don’t know how to use them.
I have trained myself to look at my appointment book several times a day, and my to do list more often.
And I need to make a list of five or else the to do list is overwhelming instead of helpful.
