I don’t have much willpower.
That’s one of the reasons that I need strategies.
But I think another is that willpower, even if I had it, is not a very effective way to improve focus, concentration, attention. (Couldn’t hurt though.)
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. This day will test the little willpower I have. I do have a few strategies: no seconds. leave something on the plate. drink water.
I’ll be thankful if they work.
I just read that if we brush our teeth with our non-dominant hand for two weeks it will increase our willpower??????? Trying it.
