OK, so maybe you don’t like the idea of taking ritalin, adderall, concerta or the other stimulants, or even straterra or wellbutrin. Maybe you prefer “natural” substances, or none at all. OK, that’s your choice; I’m not going to argue with you (today, anyway), even if I can’t follow your reasoning.

It doesn’t go far enough, because I would suggest considering exercise, yoga, meditation, caffeine, structure, and strategies as either alternatives or complementary tools.
