Sit and Be — ADD tip o the day 360
Getting better at this. Just sitting takes discipline (willpower, self control) which is not a strong point with ADD or ADHD. I say, “Oh, yeah, I will sit right after I finish this blog.” and then I jump right into something else instead. … Continue reading
