With ADHD we have trouble making choices and decisions.
- Do I really need to make this decision?
- Does it matter?- is it worth the the time and effort?
- Does it have to be me?
- Gather data
- List pros and cons
- Consult with others- not to follow their advice, but ask them their reasoning, to get another viewpoint
- If you still don’t know, then there is no right answer. Flip a coin.

Note: if things turn out badly, it doesn’t mean you were wrong (if you followed the steps). It means there was no way to know.

Doug,
Spending an entire day of work gathering and analyzing data to make a decision on something. Then being told the next day, Never mind we “decided” to go another direction.
Was I still productive? I would like to think so.
