The Power Of Positive Reinforcement

We all need positive reinforcement, ADHD or not.

One way to give it to ourselves is crossing off.

That’s one of the side benefits of the to do lists; we get to cross things off.

That builds our self esteem and our confidence, and gives us more motivation to do things.

Go for it!
