Attitude magazine on ADHD and food –  I think most of the information here is not bad; healthy diet is good for anyone, but i think most of it is not supported by scientific evidence.  Still, everyone is different, and some of these things might make a difference for some people with ADD ADHD.

Question O the Day

Do you think I’m  being just a wee tiny bit over compulsive posting this instead of just waiting til Tuesday?

About doug with ADHD

I am a psychiatric physician. I learned I have ADHD at age 64, and then wrote two ADHD books for adults, focusing on strategies for making your life better. I just published my first novel, Alma Means Soul. Your Life Can Be Better; strategies for adults with ADD/ADHD available at amazon.com, or smashwords.com (for e books) Living Daily With Adult ADD or ADHD: 365 Tips O the Day ( e-book). This is one tip at a time, one page at a time, at your own pace. It's meant to last a year. As a child, I was a bully. Then there was a transformation. Now I am committed to helping people instead abusing them. The Bully was published in January, 2016. It's in print or e book, on Amazon.

Hi, found you via homemakerdaily. Made me laugh that I spent several seconds scanning the desk for the phone in the cartoon before I realised where it was. Alternate expert definition: someone who has made more mistakes in a field than anyone else ;). On being clumsy I have joked that by things being on the floor that is the lowest point of potential energy and they can’t fall any further. That or, yes I was just testing gravity working fine.

welcome! i have made my share of mistakes so maybe I qualify that way.
and maybe youve explained why i leave so many things on the floor – so they cant fall.
      thank you for commenting
