“One of my ADD ADHD symptoms is that when I try to explain my ADD ADHD to someone I forget what my symptoms are.” I was talking to someone about ADHD the other day and they didn’t know much about it. They asked me what it looked like and I drew a blank. I couldn’t believe it. I live with this every day but I couldn’t come up with a thing. I did eventually come up with a few things but nothing awesome.
