Good Advice for ADD ADHD — ADD Tip o the Day 499

A good strategy- ask for advice

I asked Pete Quily, an ADHD expert, about marketing tips. He gave me very good advice, which I’m repeating here, because it applies to a lot of different things:

“Do just one strategy. You have to start somewhere, just pick one, break it down into steps, predict obstacles and chart a path around them and schedule it in. do it in a non perfect way so it gets completed, wait & measure it & try something else.

you won’t really know what works for you vs other authors until you try a few so go find out

good luck

Pete”

This is full of ADD ADHD strategies:

Just one.      Just pick one (ie. it doesn’t have to be the best one, etc.).     Steps.   Foresee obstacles and plan.     Schedule.     Good enough is good enough.                      If it’s not working try something else.

Thanks Pete
