Homey WOW! congratulations

i just saw your fix up project – i can’t do that kind of stuff, I ‘m handyman challenged as well as technologically challenged.  I’m impressed with all you are doing – a lot!!

anything i try involves at least 3 different trips to the store, and then i put it in backwards and then it breaks when i try getting it off, and then i wind up calling the guy anyway, and i’m frustrated and demoralized and UGH!

That’s an exaggeration, i sometimes can do some things, better than i used to cause i know to go slow and more carefully – measure twice and cut once.

still, often its not worth the time effort and frustration for me.

Anyway, this post is because i could not find a place to like or comment on your blog.  is it there and i missed it (ADD)?   I am very impressed with your blog and how you get those beautiful pictures in.

best wishes        Homey’s website

About doug with ADHD

I am a psychiatric physician. I learned I have ADHD at age 64, and then wrote two ADHD books for adults, focusing on strategies for making your life better. I just published my first novel, Alma Means Soul. Your Life Can Be Better; strategies for adults with ADD/ADHD available at amazon.com, or smashwords.com (for e books) Living Daily With Adult ADD or ADHD: 365 Tips O the Day ( e-book). This is one tip at a time, one page at a time, at your own pace. It's meant to last a year. As a child, I was a bully. Then there was a transformation. Now I am committed to helping people instead abusing them. The Bully was published in January, 2016. It's in print or e book, on Amazon.

Doug – You are correct! Patty’s website is wonderful.

Doug – you’re funny! There’s definitely a place to comment and it’s at the bottom of each post. Or when you’re looking at the excerpts from each post, it shows the number of comments at the top. You can click on that to comment.

Don’t be too hard on yourself – my husband is actually “the guy” you call. He does remodeling for a living and is very gifted at it. He also DOESN’T have ADD which definitely makes it easier.

Thank you for your kind words about the blog. I work hard on it. And photography is not necessarily my gift but my iPhone and digital camera make it much easier. You could learn to do photos, too. Maybe that should be the next thing you add to your “want to do” list – not that it’s not already long enough! 🙂
