We’re all different —- ADD Tip of the day 218

“We are all more human than otherwise.”  HS Sullivan, speaking of his work with people with schizophrenia.

 True, but we are all unique too, including those of us with ADD or ADHD.  Several people have told me that the book has helped them – one says, “Do it now”.  Another says, “Oh, it’ll be OK”, the red warning flag.  And one tells me she likes the book but she’s too old to apply any of the strategies she’s read so far (???), hasn’t finished the book yet.

We need to identify the things that are causing us  trouble and come up with the strategies that will work for us.

i have trouble with facebook and with wordpress and have given up on reddit and think nobody ever visits smashwords, but otherwise, everything is going great!
