There was not a lot of response to the request for strategies to help us remember to use our strategies, but Marc came up with some good ones: sticky notes, tell a friend, and journaling, which will help the weak memory. I particularly liked his strategy of leaving yourself a voice mail. I am a fan of the sticky notes on the computer, ie the program, not the papers. It is free at morun.net – stickynotes lite – and is better (IMHO) than the windows 7 version.
