Remember strategies — ADD Tip o the day 186

There was not  a lot of response to the request for strategies to help us remember to use our strategies, but Marc came up with some good ones: sticky notes, tell a friend, and journaling, which will help the weak memory.  I particularly liked his strategy of leaving yourself a voice mail.     I am a fan of the sticky notes on the computer, ie the program, not the papers.  It is free at morun.net – stickynotes lite – and is better (IMHO) than the windows 7 version.
