Did you know??? — ADD Tip o the day 169

You probably already know:

1. This blog is just about to record the 4000 th hit – it could be you!

2.  You can subscribe so you’ll get an e mail each time there is a new post.  Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how you do this.

3. You can -please!- leave a comment by clicking on the “comment” word in gray at the bottom of each post.  I will respond.

4.  There are some really good blogs on the right under “blogroll”.  Just click on them to check them out.

5.  I am awaiting the hard copy proof of the book; it still looks like it will come out in Jan.  Some of you may receive a copy in December tho.  Isn’t this exciting?!

6. You can see the title of each foto just by scrolling over it.

Much gratitude and bouquets to all of you who have been supporting the blog and the book.

About doug with ADHD

I am a psychiatric physician. I learned I have ADHD at age 64, and then wrote two ADHD books for adults, focusing on strategies for making your life better. I just published my first novel, Alma Means Soul. Your Life Can Be Better; strategies for adults with ADD/ADHD available at amazon.com, or smashwords.com (for e books) Living Daily With Adult ADD or ADHD: 365 Tips O the Day ( e-book). This is one tip at a time, one page at a time, at your own pace. It's meant to last a year. As a child, I was a bully. Then there was a transformation. Now I am committed to helping people instead abusing them. The Bully was published in January, 2016. It's in print or e book, on Amazon.
