The Book! and slow down — ADD Tip o the day 149

The book came (on the net) from the publisher yesterday.  Now I need to proof read it.  Big job, finding a lot of errors to correct.  I am eager, excited, and in a hurry.  I want to get it done and out and  see it in final form and be able to send it to youImpatience. That of course is a big typical ADD ADHD mistake. I need to slow down, do it carefully and do it right.  Self talk:  “Slow down, take it easy, one step at a time.”
