Will power? — ADD tip o the day 142

A great article in the August 21, 2011 NY Times magazine, To Choose Is To Lose.  Scientific.

We each have limited will power. It can get depleted by:

1. using it    2. making decisions    3. low blood sugar

So if I use my will power to turn down that second glass of wine, then I will find it harder to resist the chocolate cake desert.
