We were enjoying a nice lunch, when I reached for the butter.
I was very aware of the danger of knocking over the wine, so I was very careful how I reached. So I knocked over the water.
At least it wasn’t the wine.
In-coordination is not a basic part of ADD but it is a frequent accompaniment. The strategy for those of us coping with ADD or ADHD is to be aware of this and to be careful; it’s just that it doesn’t always work.
