The book is about strategies for coping with ADD or ADHD, to make our lives better. Those without ADD or ADHD don’t understand what it’s like living this way, but those living with us do know what it’s like living with us. Whew! But the idea is to identify a problem, something that is adding to the stress level, then figure a strategy, make it a rule, it turns into a habit, then move on to the next problem. Life can be better, much better. But often we don’t identify something as A Problem, we think that’s just the way life is. But it doesn’t have to be, and our significant other can help us identify a problem, and figure a strategy.doug
i think the book will go to the publisher monday. got the table of contents done today, more work than I expected, but then isn’t everything?
