I like lists. I need lists. I make lists all day long. Couldn’t function without them.
It’s not just the list, having it as a guideline and for structure, but it’s also in the making of the list. To make a list I have to stop and think about what’s going on. Making the list organizes me, calms me, and gives me some sense of being in control (aren’t illusions wonderful?)
But I have had to develop some strategies to use to make the lists useful for helping me to cope with the ADD or ADHD.

Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins to help with SEO?
I’m trying to get my blog to rank for some targeted keywords but I’m not seeing very good success.
If you know of any please share. Many thanks!
