Time management — ADD Tip o the day 94

You heard about the guy who was lousy at time management.  His friends recommended a good course to him, but he didn’t have time to take it.

Well, if he has ADD or ADHD, he needs some coping strategies.  I hope he’ll get the book when it comes out, in October?

I use the time assay method.  Occasionally I write down  my typical daily and weekly schedules, just to see what I am doing. I put down everything I’m doing, not just the regular appointments. It is always clear that I’m trying to do more than is humanly possible.  Sometimes I can discern something that I can eliminate or at least reduce.

This time assay is sometimes very helpful. I wish I could find the time to do it more often.
