Well, if he has ADD or ADHD, he needs some coping strategies. I hope he’ll get the book when it comes out, in October?
I use the time assay method. Occasionally I write down my typical daily and weekly schedules, just to see what I am doing. I put down everything I’m doing, not just the regular appointments. It is always clear that I’m trying to do more than is humanly possible. Sometimes I can discern something that I can eliminate or at least reduce.
This time assay is sometimes very helpful. I wish I could find the time to do it more often.
