Frustration ADD Tip o the day 85

Computers are wonderful, aren’t they?  We can do so many things with them that we never could do before we had them.  This blog is just one example.  So I guess we just put up with the fact that they are enormously frustrating, and presumably more so if we have ADD or ADHD.  Yesterday I tried to post the blog on “laugh” (#84)and wound up with it posted six times -how did that happen???   and none of them right.

How can we cope with frustration?  Here are some coping strategies:

1.  talk to someone about it.

2. get some help.

3. take a break.  you are less and less effective the more frustrated you get.

4. laugh.  that’s from yesterday.  just laugh.  laugh again.  etc.

5.  take a walk or do some other exercise a great stress reliever.

there are others, i like these.
