Life can be hard sometimes, for anyone, though it tends to be harder for those of us coping with ADD or ADHD. I think one of ways we can cope with that is to enjoy the good times. We need our strategies to help us cope with our ADD symptoms, or their consequences, or otherwise we get down, discouraged, and overwhelmed. Then we tend to worry through or overlook or not appreciate the good times. Then life will seem harder that it is.
