Many people who do NOT have ADD or ADHD have told me that sometimes they have some of the same symptoms- they lose their keys, or forget an appointment, or procrastinate, etc. I believe them. I think that’s just human.
But we ADDers, we have MOST of those symptoms, MOST every day. And that, my friends, is a whole different ball game.
And that is why we need strategies to help us cope and to make our lives go better.
