ADD Symptoms —–ADD Tip o the day 60

Many people who do NOT have ADD or ADHD have told me that sometimes they have  some of the same symptoms- they lose their keys, or forget an appointment, or procrastinate, etc.  I believe them.  I think that’s just human.

But we ADDers, we have MOST of those symptoms, MOST every day.  And that, my friends, is a whole different ball game.

And that is why we need strategies to help us cope and to make our lives go better.


I got a copy of draft number 11 to the next to the last reviewer today.      We’re coming along.  Look for the book in the fall.
