Many sites ——– ADD Tip o the day 54

You may be amazed to learn that this is not the only ADD site on the net.  It is not even the only good one.  There are many sites on ADD and ADHD, on strategies, tools, coping , managing, thriving, suceeding and so on.

I am particulary recommending the ones conveniently shown on the right, by Pete Quily, Melissa Orlov, and Bonnie Mincu.  Just click.  (after you finish reading this one.)

But there are many more.  Most of them are good, but keep your BS detector turned on high – if it sounds weird, or too good to be true, or they want your money, then be careful.  And if they talk about a “cure”, then hit delete quickly.

Learning all you can about ADD is one of your best strategies.

update on Your Life Can Be Better: using strategies for adult ADD

I am waiting for several reviewers to come through.  Some of them have ADD – need I say more?

I meet with the illustrator on Valentines day- is that auspicious or what?

BTW  – happy Valentines day to each of you.

About doug with ADHD

I am a psychiatric physician. I learned I have ADHD at age 64, and then wrote two ADHD books for adults, focusing on strategies for making your life better. I just published my first novel, Alma Means Soul. Your Life Can Be Better; strategies for adults with ADD/ADHD available at, or (for e books) Living Daily With Adult ADD or ADHD: 365 Tips O the Day ( e-book). This is one tip at a time, one page at a time, at your own pace. It's meant to last a year. As a child, I was a bully. Then there was a transformation. Now I am committed to helping people instead abusing them. The Bully was published in January, 2016. It's in print or e book, on Amazon.
