procrastination, losing things, forgetting things, arriving late, saying and doing things impulsively and inappropriately, failing responsibilities and breaking promises. lacking patience, can’t finish things, things don’t turn out right. feeling pressured, rushed, frantic, overwhelmed, disorganized. sometimes demoralized.
Well, doesn’t everyone have some of those some of the time? Probably. I think so. I’m not sure.
But I have a lot of that and most of the time. It sounds like ME. It significantly decreases the quality of my life. Not anymore though, because strategies have made it managable. I have ADD.
I googled adult ADD testing and got 15,400,000 hits. That is not an error, five zeroes.
Some of those sites are garbage. after all , it’s the net. But there’s a lot of free testing there.
If you have ADD, it’s good to know it-then you can start on strategies.
Your Life Can Be Better. book coming in 2011
