‘We create our own reality.’     New Age dictum

If I say “I have too much to do today.”

then I have too much to do.

If I say, “I have a lot to do today.”

then I will have a lot to do.

If I say, “I need to do this one thing now.  When I finish it I will do something else.”

then I will have one thing to do.

It is my choice, what i choose to say to myself, how I choose to frame it.

    I like the idea of “I need to do this on thing now”. Doesn’t make the day seem over scheduled. I’ll practice it and let you know. I also love the buffalo!
