Yes, everybody prob ably does have some ADHD symptoms some of the time. BUT – they aren’t constant and they don’t interfere with their life. The truth is, everybody has some of lots of stuff. I have a family member recently diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. When I read about it, I suddenly feared that I had it, too. I asked my husband. He said no and laughed at me. Whew! But ADD/ADHD is very real and it makes life very hard.
