Laugh —- ADD Tip o the day 84

Well, this is not just for ADD, but we do tend to to get down or frustrated more often than other people, don’t we?

A recent New Yorker had an article on a doctor who has made an industry out of getting people to laugh.  He holds group sessions and workshops on it. It’s an industry!

So, this is at no charge.

1. check how how you are feeling.  Be honest.

2. Laugh

3. That’s it, just laugh.  Period.

4. How do you feel now?

5. Especially if you are feeling down, frustrated, etc—-laugh.
